01. Compulsory Approved Uniform
বাধ্যতামূলক অনুমোদিত ইউনিফর্ম
Students must wear the school-approved uniform during school hours and at events where uniform is required. The School Office will confirm the approved design and any permitted variations.
শিক্ষার্থীদের বিদ্যালয়ের সময় এবং ইউনিফর্ম নির্ধারিত অনুষ্ঠানে বিদ্যালয় অনুমোদিত ইউনিফর্ম পরতে হবে। অনুমোদিত নকশা ও গ্রহণযোগ্য ভিন্নতা বিদ্যালয় অফিস নিশ্চিত করবে।
02. Supply by the School
বিদ্যালয়ের মাধ্যমে সরবরাহ
The school supplies prescribed uniforms, books and stationery after payment. Outside purchases require prior written school approval, as stated in the existing policy.
অর্থ পরিশোধের পর বিদ্যালয় নির্ধারিত ইউনিফর্ম, বই ও স্টেশনারি সরবরাহ করে। বিদ্যমান নীতি অনুযায়ী বাইরে থেকে ক্রয়ের জন্য বিদ্যালয়ের পূর্বলিখিত অনুমোদন প্রয়োজন।
03. Uniform Package Charge
ইউনিফর্ম প্যাকেজের মূল্য
The stated uniform package charge is BDT 1,750, subject to confirmation in the current approved fee schedule. Ask the School Office for the latest written fee information before paying.
উল্লিখিত ইউনিফর্ম প্যাকেজের মূল্য ১,৭৫০ টাকা; এটি বর্তমান অনুমোদিত ফি তালিকার নিশ্চয়তার সাপেক্ষে। অর্থ পরিশোধের আগে বিদ্যালয় অফিস থেকে সর্বশেষ লিখিত ফি তথ্য সংগ্রহ করুন।
04. Cleanliness and Personal Appearance
পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও ব্যক্তিগত উপস্থাপনা
Students are expected to arrive clean, tidy and appropriately dressed, with clothing suitable for learning and school activities. Staff will address concerns respectfully.
শিক্ষার্থীদের পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন, পরিপাটি এবং পাঠদান ও বিদ্যালয়ের কার্যক্রমের উপযোগী পোশাকে আসতে হবে। কর্মীরা বিষয়গুলো সম্মানজনকভাবে সমাধান করবেন।
05. Footwear and Accessories
জুতা ও আনুষঙ্গিক সামগ্রী
Shoes, socks and accessories should comply with the school-approved uniform guidance. Specific colours and styles must be confirmed by the School Office; they are not prescribed on this page.
জুতা, মোজা ও আনুষঙ্গিক সামগ্রী বিদ্যালয় অনুমোদিত ইউনিফর্ম নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী হতে হবে। নির্দিষ্ট রং ও ধরন বিদ্যালয় অফিস থেকে নিশ্চিত করতে হবে; এই পৃষ্ঠায় তা নির্ধারণ করা হয়নি।
06. Student Identification
শিক্ষার্থীর পরিচয়পত্র
Students should carry or display their school-issued ID as instructed. For child collection, the school’s existing safeguarding rule applies: NO SCHOOL-ISSUED ID CARD — NO CHILD RELEASE. Parents should follow the authorised collection procedure.
বিদ্যালয়ের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী শিক্ষার্থীদের বিদ্যালয়-প্রদত্ত পরিচয়পত্র সঙ্গে রাখতে বা প্রদর্শন করতে হবে। শিক্ষার্থী হস্তান্তরের ক্ষেত্রে বিদ্যমান সুরক্ষা বিধি প্রযোজ্য: বিদ্যালয়-প্রদত্ত পরিচয়পত্র ছাড়া কোনো শিশু হস্তান্তর নয়। অভিভাবকদের অনুমোদিত সংগ্রহ পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
07. Sports and Physical Education
খেলাধুলা ও শারীরিক শিক্ষা
Students should wear suitable clothing and footwear for sports or physical education, following instructions issued by the school. Any separate PE uniform requirement will be communicated by the School Office.
বিদ্যালয়ের নির্দেশনা অনুসারে খেলাধুলা ও শারীরিক শিক্ষার জন্য উপযুক্ত পোশাক ও জুতা পরতে হবে। পৃথক ক্রীড়া ইউনিফর্মের প্রয়োজন হলে বিদ্যালয় অফিস তা জানাবে।
08. Religious, Cultural and Individual Needs
ধর্মীয়, সাংস্কৃতিক ও ব্যক্তিগত প্রয়োজন
Parents may discuss reasonable religious, cultural, medical or disability-related adjustments privately with school management. Requests will be considered respectfully with student safety in mind.
ধর্মীয়, সাংস্কৃতিক, চিকিৎসাসংক্রান্ত বা প্রতিবন্ধিতাজনিত যুক্তিসংগত সমন্বয়ের বিষয়ে অভিভাবকেরা বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষের সঙ্গে ব্যক্তিগতভাবে আলোচনা করতে পারেন। শিক্ষার্থীর নিরাপত্তা বিবেচনায় অনুরোধগুলো সম্মানের সঙ্গে বিবেচনা করা হবে।
09. Non-Compliance and Parent Communication
নীতিমালা না মানা ও অভিভাবকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ
If a student does not meet the uniform standard, staff should explain the concern, notify the parent where appropriate and offer a reasonable opportunity to correct it. Responses must be fair and must not humiliate a child.
কোনো শিক্ষার্থী ইউনিফর্মের মান অনুসরণ না করলে কর্মীরা বিষয়টি ব্যাখ্যা করবেন, প্রয়োজনমতো অভিভাবককে জানাবেন এবং সংশোধনের যুক্তিসংগত সুযোগ দেবেন। ব্যবস্থা ন্যায়সংগত হতে হবে এবং কোনো শিশুকে অপমান করা যাবে না।
10. Parent and Student Acknowledgement
অভিভাবক ও শিক্ষার্থীর স্বীকৃতি
Parents and students are asked to read this policy alongside the school rules, fees and safeguarding procedures, and to seek written clarification from the School Office where needed.
অভিভাবক ও শিক্ষার্থীদের এই নীতিমালার সঙ্গে বিদ্যালয়ের নিয়মাবলি, ফি ও সুরক্ষা পদ্ধতি পড়তে এবং প্রয়োজন হলে বিদ্যালয় অফিস থেকে লিখিত ব্যাখ্যা নিতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

Books, Stationery & Uniform Policy - বই, স্টেশনারি ও ইউনিফর্ম নীতি
I/We understand and agree that: আমি/আমরা নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলীর সাথে সম্মত:
□ The School will provide all prescribed textbooks, exercise books, diaries, stationery items and official school uniforms after receiving payment.
□ প্রয়োজনীয় অর্থ গ্রহণের পর বিদ্যালয় নির্ধারিত পাঠ্যবই, খাতা, ডায়েরি, স্টেশনারি ও অফিসিয়াল ইউনিফর্ম সরবরাহ করবে।
□ Students are NOT permitted to purchase school books, stationery or uniforms from outside suppliers without prior written approval.
□ বিদ্যালয়ের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া বাইরের কোনো উৎস থেকে বই, স্টেশনারি বা ইউনিফর্ম ক্রয় করা যাবে না।
□ Only school-approved books, stationery and uniforms may be used.

□ The School reserves the right to reject non-approved materials.
