Behaviour Standards | আচরণগত মানদণ্ড
Our school expects a safe, respectful and supportive learning community.
আমাদের বিদ্যালয় নিরাপদ, সম্মানজনক ও সহায়ক শিক্ষার পরিবেশ প্রত্যাশা করে।
1. Student Code of Conduct | শিক্ষার্থীদের আচরণবিধি
Students must act honestly, responsibly and courteously, follow reasonable school instructions, and help maintain a safe learning environment.
শিক্ষার্থীদের সৎ, দায়িত্বশীল ও ভদ্র আচরণ করতে হবে, বিদ্যালয়ের যুক্তিসংগত নির্দেশনা মেনে চলতে হবে এবং নিরাপদ শিক্ষার পরিবেশ বজায় রাখতে সহায়তা করতে হবে।
2. Respect and Discipline | সম্মান ও শৃঙ্খলা
Students must respect teachers, school employees, fellow students and visitors. Threats, intimidation, abusive language and discrimination are not permitted.
শিক্ষার্থীদের শিক্ষক, কর্মচারী, সহপাঠী ও দর্শনার্থীদের সম্মান করতে হবে। হুমকি, ভয়ভীতি, অশালীন ভাষা ও বৈষম্য অনুমোদিত নয়।
3. Zero Tolerance for Harmful Conduct | ক্ষতিকর আচরণের প্রতি শূন্য সহনশীলতা
Bullying, cyberbullying, violence, harassment, theft, weapons, smoking, vaping, drugs, alcohol and examination misconduct are prohibited under the school’s existing policy. Concerns will be assessed promptly and fairly.
বিদ্যালয়ের বিদ্যমান নীতি অনুযায়ী বুলিং, সাইবার বুলিং, সহিংসতা, হয়রানি, চুরি, অস্ত্র, ধূমপান, ভ্যাপিং, মাদক, মদ্যপান ও পরীক্ষায় অসদুপায় নিষিদ্ধ। অভিযোগ দ্রুত ও ন্যায্যভাবে যাচাই করা হবে।
4. Classroom Behaviour and Learning | শ্রেণিকক্ষের আচরণ ও শিক্ষা
Students should arrive punctually, participate attentively, complete assigned classwork and avoid interrupting lessons. The school promotes class teacher-centric education without routine homework or private tuition.
শিক্ষার্থীদের সময়মতো আসতে, মনোযোগ দিয়ে অংশ নিতে, নির্ধারিত শ্রেণিকক্ষের কাজ সম্পন্ন করতে এবং পাঠদানে বিঘ্ন না ঘটাতে হবে। বিদ্যালয় নিয়মিত বাড়ির কাজ ও প্রাইভেট টিউশন ছাড়াই শ্রেণিশিক্ষক-কেন্দ্রিক শিক্ষাকে উৎসাহিত করে।
5. Mobile Phones and Electronic Devices | মোবাইল ফোন ও ইলেকট্রনিক যন্ত্র
Students must follow school instructions on mobile phones and other electronic devices. Recording, photographing or sharing another person’s information without permission is not acceptable.
মোবাইল ফোন ও অন্যান্য ইলেকট্রনিক যন্ত্র ব্যবহারে বিদ্যালয়ের নির্দেশনা মানতে হবে। অনুমতি ছাড়া অন্যের তথ্য রেকর্ড, ছবি তোলা বা শেয়ার করা গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
6. School Property and Facilities | বিদ্যালয়ের সম্পদ ও সুযোগ-সুবিধা
Students must care for classrooms, furniture, books, equipment and shared spaces. Deliberate damage or vandalism is prohibited and will be reviewed under school policy.
শিক্ষার্থীদের শ্রেণিকক্ষ, আসবাবপত্র, বই, সরঞ্জাম ও যৌথ ব্যবহারের স্থান যত্নে রাখতে হবে। ইচ্ছাকৃত ক্ষতি বা ভাঙচুর নিষিদ্ধ এবং বিদ্যালয়ের নীতি অনুযায়ী পর্যালোচনা করা হবে।
7. Responding to Misconduct | অসদাচরণের প্রতিকার
Reported incidents should be recorded and reviewed. Depending on the circumstances and seriousness, the school’s original policy allows disciplinary action, suspension, expulsion or restrictions. Decisions should be proportionate and take safeguarding needs into account.
অভিযোগকৃত ঘটনা নথিভুক্ত ও পর্যালোচনা করা উচিত। পরিস্থিতি ও গুরুতরতার ভিত্তিতে বিদ্যালয়ের মূল নীতি অনুযায়ী শৃঙ্খলামূলক ব্যবস্থা, সাময়িক বা স্থায়ী বহিষ্কার কিংবা বিধিনিষেধ আরোপ করা যেতে পারে। সিদ্ধান্ত হতে হবে আনুপাতিক এবং শিক্ষার্থীর সুরক্ষার বিষয় বিবেচনায় নিতে হবে।
8. Parent Notification and Cooperation | অভিভাবককে অবহিতকরণ ও সহযোগিতা
Parents or guardians should be informed of significant behaviour concerns and invited to cooperate with appropriate support or corrective measures, subject to student safety and confidentiality.
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আচরণগত উদ্বেগের বিষয়ে অভিভাবককে জানানো এবং শিক্ষার্থীর নিরাপত্তা ও গোপনীয়তা বজায় রেখে প্রয়োজনীয় সহায়তা বা সংশোধনমূলক ব্যবস্থায় সহযোগিতার সুযোগ দেওয়া উচিত।
9. Fair Treatment and Student Voice | ন্যায্য আচরণ ও শিক্ষার্থীর বক্তব্য
Students should be treated with dignity and given an age-appropriate opportunity to explain their account of an incident. Reports should be handled sensitively, with information shared only where necessary.
শিক্ষার্থীদের মর্যাদার সঙ্গে আচরণ করতে হবে এবং বয়সোপযোগীভাবে ঘটনার বিষয়ে নিজের বক্তব্য দেওয়ার সুযোগ দিতে হবে। অভিযোগ সংবেদনশীলভাবে পরিচালনা করতে হবে এবং প্রয়োজন ছাড়া তথ্য প্রকাশ করা যাবে না।
10. Student and Parent Acknowledgement | শিক্ষার্থী ও অভিভাবকের স্বীকৃতি
Students and parents or guardians are asked to read the school rules, discuss expected behaviour, and sign the acknowledgement below. This acknowledgement does not remove any legal rights or safeguarding protections.

Any breach of this policy may result in disciplinary action, suspension, expulsion, withdrawal of privileges, or restriction of access to School premises.

□ Parents are not permitted to enter classrooms without prior permission.

□ Parents must use the designated Parent Waiting Area.

□ No visitor is permitted access to the academic areas during School hours without authorisation.

□ The School operates CCTV monitoring for the safety and security of all students and staff.

I/We authorise Inqiyad Grammar School & College to seek emergency medical treatment for my/our child if necessary and if parents/guardians cannot be contacted immediately.
