We aim to provide a safe, healthy and caring learning environment for students in Classes 6–12. The procedures below describe the school’s proposed health and wellbeing approach; operational arrangements and designated staff must be confirmed by school management before publication.
ষষ্ঠ থেকে দ্বাদশ শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য নিরাপদ, স্বাস্থ্যকর ও যত্নশীল শিক্ষার পরিবেশ নিশ্চিত করা আমাদের লক্ষ্য। নিচের নির্দেশনাগুলো বিদ্যালয়ের প্রস্তাবিত স্বাস্থ্য ও কল্যাণব্যবস্থা বর্ণনা করে; প্রকাশের আগে কার্যক্রমের ব্যবস্থা ও দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত কর্মীদের বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষের নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
01. Student Health & Welfare | শিক্ষার্থীদের স্বাস্থ্য ও কল্যাণ
Staff should support students’ physical health, dignity and wellbeing and promptly raise any concerns with the appropriate school lead.
কর্মীরা শিক্ষার্থীদের শারীরিক স্বাস্থ্য, মর্যাদা ও কল্যাণ রক্ষায় সহায়তা করবেন এবং যেকোনো উদ্বেগ দ্রুত দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানাবেন।
02. Medical Information & Allergies | চিকিৎসা-সংক্রান্ত তথ্য ও অ্যালার্জি
Parents should provide current, relevant information about medical conditions, allergies, disabilities, emergency contacts and necessary support, and notify the school of changes. Information must be handled confidentially.
অভিভাবকদের স্বাস্থ্যগত অবস্থা, অ্যালার্জি, প্রতিবন্ধিতা, জরুরি যোগাযোগ ও প্রয়োজনীয় সহায়তা সম্পর্কে হালনাগাদ তথ্য দিতে হবে এবং পরিবর্তন হলে বিদ্যালয়কে জানাতে হবে। এসব তথ্য গোপনীয়ভাবে সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে।
03. Illness & Attendance | অসুস্থতা ও উপস্থিতি
Students who are unwell should not be sent to school when attendance could endanger them or others. If a student becomes ill at school, staff should supervise them and contact their parent or guardian promptly.
অসুস্থ শিক্ষার্থীর বিদ্যালয়ে উপস্থিতি নিজের বা অন্যের জন্য ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ হলে তাকে বিদ্যালয়ে পাঠানো উচিত নয়। বিদ্যালয়ে অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়লে কর্মীরা তত্ত্বাবধান করবেন এবং দ্রুত অভিভাবকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করবেন।
04. First Aid & Emergencies | প্রাথমিক চিকিৎসা ও জরুরি অবস্থা
In an emergency, staff should seek appropriate emergency medical assistance without delay, provide first aid only within their training, and inform parents as soon as practicable. The school must confirm its designated first-aid personnel and emergency arrangements.
জরুরি অবস্থায় কর্মীরা বিলম্ব না করে প্রয়োজনীয় জরুরি চিকিৎসাসেবা চাইবেন, নিজ প্রশিক্ষণের সীমার মধ্যে প্রাথমিক চিকিৎসা দেবেন এবং যত দ্রুত সম্ভব অভিভাবককে জানাবেন। বিদ্যালয়কে প্রাথমিক চিকিৎসার দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তি ও জরুরি ব্যবস্থাপনা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
05. Medication Management | ওষুধ ব্যবস্থাপনা
Parents should notify the school when medication is required during school hours. Administration should follow documented parental authorisation, suitable storage and clear instructions; staff must not administer medication outside the school’s approved procedure.
বিদ্যালয়ের সময়ে ওষুধ প্রয়োজন হলে অভিভাবককে বিদ্যালয়কে জানাতে হবে। ওষুধ প্রদান লিখিত অভিভাবকীয় অনুমতি, উপযুক্ত সংরক্ষণ ও স্পষ্ট নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী হবে; অনুমোদিত পদ্ধতির বাইরে কর্মীরা ওষুধ দেবেন না।
06. Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing | মানসিক স্বাস্থ্য ও আবেগগত কল্যাণ
Students should be treated with compassion and respect. Teachers should listen to concerns, address bullying or distress, and refer serious concerns to the designated safeguarding lead or suitable professional support.
শিক্ষার্থীদের সহমর্মিতা ও সম্মানের সঙ্গে আচরণ করতে হবে। শিক্ষকরা উদ্বেগ শুনবেন, হয়রানি বা মানসিক কষ্টের বিষয় সমাধানে পদক্ষেপ নেবেন এবং গুরুতর উদ্বেগ দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত সুরক্ষা কর্মকর্তা বা উপযুক্ত পেশাগত সহায়তায় পাঠাবেন।
07. Hygiene & Infection Prevention | পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও সংক্রমণ প্রতিরোধ
Students should practise regular handwashing, maintain personal hygiene and keep classrooms and shared spaces clean. The school should communicate any additional infection-control guidance when needed.
শিক্ষার্থীদের নিয়মিত হাত ধোয়া, ব্যক্তিগত পরিচ্ছন্নতা বজায় রাখা এবং শ্রেণিকক্ষ ও যৌথ ব্যবহার্য স্থান পরিষ্কার রাখা উচিত। প্রয়োজন হলে বিদ্যালয় অতিরিক্ত সংক্রমণ প্রতিরোধ নির্দেশনা জানাবে।
08. Healthy Food & Drinking Water | স্বাস্থ্যকর খাবার ও পানীয় জল
Students are encouraged to eat balanced meals and drink safe water. Parents should inform the school about food allergies or dietary needs; food-sharing should be approached carefully where allergies are involved.
শিক্ষার্থীদের সুষম খাবার খাওয়া ও নিরাপদ পানি পান করতে উৎসাহিত করা হয়। খাবারে অ্যালার্জি বা বিশেষ খাদ্যচাহিদা থাকলে অভিভাবককে জানাতে হবে; অ্যালার্জির ক্ষেত্রে খাবার ভাগাভাগি সতর্কতার সঙ্গে করতে হবে।
09. Physical Education & Recreation | শারীরিক শিক্ষা ও বিনোদন
Age-appropriate exercise, recreation and rest support healthy development. Parents should tell the school about medical restrictions so reasonable participation arrangements can be considered.
বয়সোপযোগী ব্যায়াম, বিনোদন ও বিশ্রাম সুস্থ বিকাশে সহায়ক। স্বাস্থ্যগত সীমাবদ্ধতা থাকলে অভিভাবককে বিদ্যালয়কে জানাতে হবে, যাতে অংশগ্রহণের উপযুক্ত ব্যবস্থা বিবেচনা করা যায়।
10. Parent Responsibilities & Health Declaration | অভিভাবকের দায়িত্ব ও স্বাস্থ্য ঘোষণা
Parents should keep emergency contact details accurate, provide relevant medical information and consent, collect unwell students when contacted, and cooperate with safeguarding and health procedures.
অভিভাবকদের জরুরি যোগাযোগের তথ্য সঠিক রাখতে, প্রয়োজনীয় স্বাস্থ্যতথ্য ও সম্মতি দিতে, যোগাযোগ করা হলে অসুস্থ শিক্ষার্থীকে নিতে এবং স্বাস্থ্য ও সুরক্ষা পদ্ধতিতে সহযোগিতা করতে হবে।

Attendance Policy - উপস্থিতি নীতি
□ Students must maintain regular attendance.
□ শিক্ষার্থীদের নিয়মিত বিদ্যালয়ে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে।
□ Students must arrive at school on time every day.
□ প্রতিদিন সময়মতো বিদ্যালয়ে উপস্থিত হতে হবে।
