Parents agree to pay the applicable admission, tuition, examination, study-tour, books, stationery and uniform charges according to the school’s published fee schedule and payment terms. Parents should obtain receipts and contact the accounts office promptly about any discrepancy or payment difficulty.

অভিভাবকরা বিদ্যালয়ের প্রকাশিত ফি তালিকা ও পরিশোধের শর্ত অনুযায়ী ভর্তি, বেতন, পরীক্ষা, শিক্ষা সফর, বই, স্টেশনারি ও ইউনিফর্মের প্রযোজ্য ফি দিতে সম্মত হন। রসিদ সংগ্রহ করতে হবে এবং কোনো অসংগতি বা পরিশোধসংক্রান্ত অসুবিধা হলে দ্রুত হিসাব বিভাগে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।

The school takes violence, abuse, bullying, harassment, serious threats and deliberate breaches of safeguarding rules seriously. Reports will be considered fairly and confidentially as appropriate, with proportionate action and an opportunity for relevant parties to be heard.

বিদ্যালয় সহিংসতা, নির্যাতন, বুলিং, হয়রানি, গুরুতর হুমকি এবং শিক্ষার্থী সুরক্ষার নিয়ম ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে লঙ্ঘনের বিষয়গুলো গুরুত্বের সঙ্গে বিবেচনা করে। অভিযোগ যথাযথ গোপনীয়তা বজায় রেখে ন্যায়সংগতভাবে পর্যালোচনা করা হবে এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট পক্ষকে বক্তব্য দেওয়ার সুযোগসহ আনুপাতিক ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।

Parents and guardians must treat staff, students and visitors respectfully, use official communication channels, attend requested meetings and avoid disruptive conduct on school premises. Academic or disciplinary disagreements may be raised through the complaints procedure without intimidation or retaliation.

অভিভাবকদের শিক্ষক-কর্মী, শিক্ষার্থী ও দর্শনার্থীদের সম্মান করতে হবে, সরকারি যোগাযোগপদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করতে হবে, অনুরোধ করা হলে সভায় অংশ নিতে হবে এবং বিদ্যালয় প্রাঙ্গণে বিশৃঙ্খল আচরণ থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবে। শিক্ষা বা শৃঙ্খলাসংক্রান্ত মতভেদ ভয়ভীতি বা প্রতিশোধ ছাড়া অভিযোগপদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে জানানো যাবে।

Parents and visitors must follow the school’s entry and waiting-area procedures. Students should be handed over to authorised school staff and collected only by an authorised parent or nominated person, with entry in the school’s drop-off and collection register where applicable. Visitors must not enter teaching areas without permission.

অভিভাবক ও দর্শনার্থীদের বিদ্যালয়ের প্রবেশ ও অপেক্ষাস্থলের নিয়ম মানতে হবে। শিক্ষার্থীকে অনুমোদিত বিদ্যালয়কর্মীর কাছে হস্তান্তর করতে হবে এবং কেবল অনুমোদিত অভিভাবক বা মনোনীত ব্যক্তি শিক্ষার্থীকে নিতে পারবেন; প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে আনা-নেওয়ার রেজিস্টারে তথ্য লিখতে হবে। অনুমতি ছাড়া দর্শনার্থীরা পাঠদান এলাকায় প্রবেশ করতে পারবেন না।

The safety and dignity of every student come first. Corporal punishment, intimidation, abuse, bullying and inappropriate conduct are not acceptable. Safeguarding concerns should be reported promptly through the school’s safeguarding procedure; urgent safety concerns must be addressed immediately.

প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীর নিরাপত্তা ও মর্যাদা সর্বাগ্রে। শারীরিক শাস্তি, ভয়ভীতি, নির্যাতন, বুলিং ও অনুপযুক্ত আচরণ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। শিক্ষার্থী সুরক্ষাসংক্রান্ত উদ্বেগ বিদ্যালয়ের নির্ধারিত পদ্ধতিতে দ্রুত জানাতে হবে; জরুরি নিরাপত্তা সমস্যা অবিলম্বে মোকাবিলা করতে হবে।

The school follows a classroom-centred approach: No Homework • No Private Tuition • Class Teacher-Centric Education. Students are expected to participate actively in lessons, complete supervised classwork and attend scheduled assessments. Parents should support attendance and communication with teachers.

বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষা পদ্ধতি শ্রেণিকক্ষকেন্দ্রিক: বাড়ির কাজ নয় • প্রাইভেট টিউশন নয় • শ্রেণিশিক্ষককেন্দ্রিক শিক্ষা। শিক্ষার্থীদের পাঠে সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশ নিতে, তত্ত্বাবধানে শ্রেণিকাজ শেষ করতে এবং নির্ধারিত মূল্যায়নে অংশ নিতে হবে। অভিভাবকদের উপস্থিতি ও শিক্ষকদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগে সহযোগিতা করতে হবে।

Students must follow teachers’ reasonable instructions, respect other students and staff, care for school property, and avoid disruption, bullying, harassment, threats or discrimination. Any concerns should be reported to a teacher or designated school officer.

শিক্ষার্থীদের শিক্ষকদের যুক্তিসঙ্গত নির্দেশনা মানতে হবে, সহপাঠী ও কর্মীদের সম্মান করতে হবে, বিদ্যালয়ের সম্পদ রক্ষা করতে হবে এবং বিশৃঙ্খলা, বুলিং, হয়রানি, হুমকি বা বৈষম্য থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবে। যেকোনো উদ্বেগ শিক্ষক বা দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তাকে জানাতে হবে।

Students must wear the prescribed school uniform, carry their school identification where required, and maintain a clean, neat appearance. Books, stationery and uniforms must be obtained through the school in accordance with its published supply and payment policy.

শিক্ষার্থীদের নির্ধারিত ইউনিফর্ম পরতে হবে, প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী বিদ্যালয়ের পরিচয়পত্র বহন করতে হবে এবং পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন থাকতে হবে। প্রকাশিত সরবরাহ ও অর্থপ্রদান নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী বই, স্টেশনারি ও ইউনিফর্ম বিদ্যালয়ের মাধ্যমে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।

Students must attend regularly and arrive on time. Parents must inform the school promptly of any absence and provide an appropriate explanation. Repeated unexplained absences may lead to a meeting and proportionate action under school policy. Attendance may be considered for awards and participation where published criteria apply.

শিক্ষার্থীদের নিয়মিত ও সময়মতো বিদ্যালয়ে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে। অনুপস্থিতির ক্ষেত্রে অভিভাবককে দ্রুত বিদ্যালয়কে জানাতে হবে এবং উপযুক্ত কারণ জানাতে হবে। কারণ ছাড়া বারবার অনুপস্থিত হলে বিদ্যালয়ের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী আলোচনা ও যথাযথ ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে। প্রকাশিত শর্ত অনুযায়ী পুরস্কার ও কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণের ক্ষেত্রে উপস্থিতি বিবেচিত হতে পারে।
