আমাদের মূল্যায়ন পদ্ধতি শেখা, শিক্ষাগত সততা, গঠনমূলক মতামত এবং শিক্ষার্থীদের অর্জনের স্বীকৃতিকে গুরুত্ব দেয়। পরিচালনাগত বিষয়ে বিদ্যালয়ের বিজ্ঞপ্তি ও চূড়ান্ত অনুমোদিত ফি তালিকা প্রযোজ্য হবে।
01. Academic Assessment Framework | শিক্ষাগত মূল্যায়ন কাঠামো
The school follows a Cambridge-based learning approach for Classes 6–12, with assessments aligned to classroom learning objectives and students’ development. This description does not represent a claim of Cambridge examination-centre accreditation.
বিদ্যালয় ষষ্ঠ থেকে দ্বাদশ শ্রেণিতে ক্যামব্রিজভিত্তিক শিক্ষাপদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করে। শ্রেণিকক্ষের শেখার লক্ষ্য ও শিক্ষার্থীদের বিকাশ অনুযায়ী মূল্যায়ন করা হয়। এর মাধ্যমে ক্যামব্রিজ পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্র হিসেবে স্বীকৃতির দাবি করা হচ্ছে না।
02. Four Quarterly Examinations | চারটি ত্রৈমাসিক পরীক্ষা
Four quarterly examinations are scheduled during each academic year. The school will communicate the examination dates, syllabus coverage and arrangements through its official notices.
প্রতি শিক্ষাবর্ষে চারটি ত্রৈমাসিক পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। পরীক্ষার তারিখ, পাঠ্যসূচি ও প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা বিদ্যালয়ের আনুষ্ঠানিক বিজ্ঞপ্তির মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।
03. Continuous Assessment | ধারাবাহিক মূল্যায়ন
Teachers may consider classwork, lesson participation, subject understanding and demonstrated progress alongside formal examination results. Feedback should identify strengths and areas for improvement.
আনুষ্ঠানিক পরীক্ষার ফলাফলের পাশাপাশি শিক্ষকরা শ্রেণিকাজ, পাঠে অংশগ্রহণ, বিষয়বস্তু বোঝা এবং অগ্রগতি বিবেচনা করতে পারেন। মূল্যায়নে শিক্ষার্থীর শক্তি ও উন্নতির ক্ষেত্র তুলে ধরা হবে।
04. GCSE & A Level Preparation | জিসিএসই ও এ লেভেল প্রস্তুতি
For relevant year groups, teaching and internal assessment support preparation for GCSE and A Level pathways. External examination registration, awarding bodies, fees and centre arrangements must be confirmed separately by the school.
সংশ্লিষ্ট শ্রেণিতে পাঠদান ও অভ্যন্তরীণ মূল্যায়ন জিসিএসই ও এ লেভেল পর্যায়ের প্রস্তুতিতে সহায়তা করে। বহিঃপরীক্ষার নিবন্ধন, পরীক্ষা প্রদানকারী সংস্থা, ফি ও পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্রের ব্যবস্থা বিদ্যালয় থেকে আলাদাভাবে নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
05. Examination Attendance & Integrity | পরীক্ষায় উপস্থিতি ও সততা
Students are expected to attend scheduled examinations unless the school accepts a valid reason for absence. Cheating, plagiarism and unauthorised assistance are prohibited; any concern should be investigated fairly.
বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃক গ্রহণযোগ্য কারণ ছাড়া নির্ধারিত পরীক্ষায় শিক্ষার্থীদের উপস্থিত থাকা প্রত্যাশিত। নকল, অন্যের কাজ নিজের নামে জমা দেওয়া এবং অননুমোদিত সহায়তা নিষিদ্ধ; যেকোনো অভিযোগ ন্যায়সংগতভাবে যাচাই করা হবে।
06. Marking, Grading & Review | নম্বর প্রদান, গ্রেড ও পুনর্বিবেচনা
Teachers should apply published assessment criteria consistently. Parents may request clarification of marks or a review through the school office; the school will explain its internal review procedure.
শিক্ষকদের প্রকাশিত মূল্যায়ন মানদণ্ড ধারাবাহিকভাবে অনুসরণ করা উচিত। অভিভাবকরা বিদ্যালয় অফিসের মাধ্যমে নম্বরের ব্যাখ্যা বা পুনর্বিবেচনার অনুরোধ করতে পারবেন; বিদ্যালয় অভ্যন্তরীণ প্রক্রিয়া জানাবে।
07. Progress Reports & Parent Communication | অগ্রগতি প্রতিবেদন ও অভিভাবক যোগাযোগ
Examination outcomes and classroom progress should be communicated to parents or guardians through official school channels. Where improvement is needed, teachers and families should agree on constructive support.
পরীক্ষার ফলাফল ও শ্রেণিকক্ষের অগ্রগতি বিদ্যালয়ের আনুষ্ঠানিক মাধ্যমে অভিভাবকদের জানানো হবে। উন্নতির প্রয়োজন হলে শিক্ষক ও পরিবার গঠনমূলক সহায়তার বিষয়ে একমত হবেন।
08. Examination Fees | পরীক্ষা ফি
The source curriculum document states an annual examination fee of BDT 2,000 for four quarterly examinations (equivalent to BDT 500 per examination), payable at admission and non-refundable under that document. The applicability and collection schedule for 2027 must be confirmed against the final approved fee policy.
মূল পাঠ্যক্রম নথি অনুযায়ী চারটি ত্রৈমাসিক পরীক্ষার জন্য বার্ষিক পরীক্ষা ফি ২,০০০ টাকা (প্রতি পরীক্ষায় ৫০০ টাকা), যা ভর্তি সময় পরিশোধযোগ্য এবং ওই নথি অনুযায়ী ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। ২০২৭ সালের চূড়ান্ত অনুমোদিত ফি নীতির সঙ্গে প্রযোজ্যতা ও আদায়ের সময়সূচি নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
09. Academic Awards & Recognition | শিক্ষাগত পুরস্কার ও স্বীকৃতি
The school’s existing awards framework recognises achievement through Gold (90–100%), Silver (80–89%) and Bronze (70–79%) medal bands. Other recognition for improvement, attendance or positive character may be introduced only through a separately approved school announcement.
বিদ্যালয়ের বিদ্যমান পুরস্কার কাঠামোতে স্বর্ণ (৯০–১০০%), রৌপ্য (৮০–৮৯%) ও ব্রোঞ্জ (৭০–৭৯%) পদকের ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে। উন্নতি, উপস্থিতি বা উত্তম চরিত্রের জন্য অতিরিক্ত স্বীকৃতি কেবল বিদ্যালয়ের পৃথক অনুমোদিত ঘোষণার মাধ্যমে চালু করা যেতে পারে।
10. Foundation Day Awards & Grand Convocation | ফাউন্ডেশন দিবসের পুরস্কার ও গ্র্যান্ড কনভোকেশন
The source page states that Education Group awards are presented on the Chairman’s Foundation Day, sponsored by Sir Dr. Anam Ul Islam Foundation Group. The Chairman’s Gold Medal includes a BDT 3,000 Foundation Gift Voucher. Details of any annual Grand Convocation or prize-giving ceremony will be announced separately; no date is confirmed here.

Examination Policy - পরীক্ষা নীতি
□ The School conducts four quarterly examinations each academic year.
□ প্রতি শিক্ষাবর্ষে চারটি ত্রৈমাসিক পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
□ The Annual Examination Fee of BDT 2,000 covers all quarterly examinations.
□ ২,০০০ টাকার বার্ষিক পরীক্ষা ফি চারটি পরীক্ষার জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
□ Examination fees are payable at admission and are non-refundable.
